CineVic AGM + Lounge

Attention CineVic Members! Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Friday June 23 at 6:00pm, to be followed by our famous CineVic Lounge – the last one before summer hiatus! Join us to celebrate our successes over the past year, provide your input, and look ahead to what’s coming up. Members are encouraged to sign up for Production, Programming, Communications, or Fundraising committees for the coming year. We’ll provide some membership appreciation in the form of complimentary refreshments and snacks.

Only current members who have paid their dues for 2017/18 are eligible to vote at the meeting. You can easily purchase or renew your membership at the CineVic Online Store or when you arrive at the meeting.

We also encourage both new and veteran members to consider running for our Board of Directors! Time commitment varies but is generally a few hours per month including board meetings. Check our Bylaws for a description of roles and responsibilities.
